1.Why do you have me set up an account or what’s all this account stuff about? |

We decided that because it was easier to give you the freedom to edit all of your personal info and reorder stickers any time with out redesigning them. Setting up accounts would be the best way to do this. Our account set up is simple yet secure. You create your user name and password, and we don’t store any of your personal payment info. |

2. Is my information safe? |

use completely safe and secure servers. Our servers
are completely off site and professionally managed.
We are up to date with the very best software security.

3. What are the picture content restrictions? |

Upload
of images and or pictures which are obscene, offensive,
pornographic, sexually suggestive, deceptive, threatening,
menacing, abusive, harmful supportive of unlawful
action, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, violent. Any
images and or pictures; that depicts celebrities
or celebrity likenesses, convicted criminals, newsworthy
persons. Or images and or pictures; which you do
not have a right to transmit or communicate under
any contractual or fiduciary relationship or which
infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or other
intellectual property right or any moral right of
any party. |

4. How do I get my photo into your custom sticker creator? |

Click
“create stickers” button on our homepage. Once in
that screen click the “browse” button and look for
“My Documents” along the left of the pop screen.
Double click the “My Pictures” folder and choose
your favorite picture, and continue with the next
button. Please email us if you have problems with
uploading your picture. info@petstickersplus.com

5. How do I change or get a new password? |
|

In our system, if there are any problems with logging in, we will be able to send you a new or updated password for temporary use. |

Can I cancel my sticker? |
|
| |
Because all of our products are custom we offer a very limited cancellation time frame. If you wish to cancel your order you must email us at info@petstickersplus.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will not honor cancellations past that 24 hour window. A refund will be arranged via PayPal. |

7.
Can I change my sticker? |

Once you have placed your order you can not make any changes to your submitted order. If you wish to cancel you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like a different sticker, it’s easier to design a brand new one. |

8.
Can I return my sticker? |
|
| |
PetStickersPlus.com is a custom sticker design website. Because you create your own custom sticker all sales are final. We will not refund for any other reason than damage to your order during shipping. If damage occurs please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged stickers. |

9. What is the status of my order? |
|
| |
We will attempt in all cases to ship all orders within 5 business days. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has be mailed. Future functionality in your account section of PetStickersPlus.com will include order tracking. |

10.
How does a promo code work? |
|
| |
There
is a promo code box in the cart. Once you have set
up an account and designed a sticker proceed to
check out. In the bottom left, there is a promo
code box. Enter your promo code here and click update
cart. Your Savings will be taken off of the total
of all custom stickers you designed and not the
shipping and handling. |
